Position Summary

Students For Liberty is currently seeking a passionate and professional individual to serve as a Video Production Associate. This is a full-time position at the SFL Academy team, working to advance our mission. This individual needs to have a diverse skill set in video scripting, shooting, and editing, understand all the stages of video production and also can keep a production of at least one short video per week.

The Video Producer will be responsible for all the stages of producing videos for SFL Academy’s online courses, as well as other video production as needed. The usual turnaround of videos expected will be one short video per week.

A successful candidate will have a firm commitment to libertarian ideas and to SFL’s mission statement.

• Help in the management of video production contractors;
• Pre-production

• Storyboarding
• Graphics concept
• Production
• Animation
• Manage shoots if necessary
• Post-production
• Vídeo Editing
• Sound Design
• Color correction

Qualities of an Ideal Candidate

• Experience in video production
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Creative approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work autonomously with entrepreneurial drive
• Full proficiency in English
• Proficiency in video production software
