Precinct 2 Justice of the Peace Edna Staudt’s Office will be closed to the public Tuesday, October 13, 2015, for training.  The office will resume normal business hours at 8 .m. on October 14. The office is located at 350 Discovery Blvd., Suite 204, in Cedar Park. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Online credit card payments are accepted. To pay on-line: www.wilco.org/payJP2. Payments will be posted at the return of business hours on October 14.    Only full payments are accepted, and once accepted, the case is closed and reported as a conviction.

Juvenile cases are not available, nor are certain cases involving particular offenses such as Alcohol Offenses by Minors. Certain offenses, such as Driving While License Invalid or No Liability Insurance also will initiate additional charges by DPS with their Driver Responsibility Program (commonly known as surcharges, or point system). Please refer to the DPS website www.txdps.state.tx.us for information on this program.

WARNING: if making payment on a Warrant, maintain your receipt at all times to provide proof of payment.
