Students recognized at Thrall ISD board meeting

Student recognition topped the agenda Thursday at the Thrall ISD board meeting.

Power lifter Brian Cain was recognized for his outstanding performance during the state meet March 23-24 in Abilene. Cain tied for first place with a total weight of 1845. The tiebreaker put Cain in second place.
