Senator Lee goes on to discuss the REINS Act, S. 299, introduced by Senator Rand Paul, as the best means for reining in Washington’s out-of-control regulatory regime.  In December, a version of the REINS Act, H.R. 10, introduced by Rep. Geoff Davis, passed the House by a vote of 241-184 and is awaiting action in the Senate.
