HAYS COUNTY, Texas (KXAN) – A couple of Monday morning wrecks, one deadly, have Interstate 35 traffic at a stop between Buda and Kyle.

At least one person is dead in one of the two wrecks. Buda police are handling the deadly wreck in front of Cabela’s at mile marker 220 heading south.

The other wreck is at mile marker 217 heading south, where a truck lost its load. Texas Department of Transportation officials are handling that wreck.
