Whether it involves working with incarcerated youth, having kids work with seniors learning computer skills, or partnering with local schools, libraries are finding unique ways to provide services to patrons.
Finding creative and unusual methods to work with entities, schools, organizations and other groups is important in a time when many libraries are facing budget cuts even as those in the community are struggling as well is an important issue, according to Taylor Public Library Director Karen Ellis.
