MEND starts up again Saturday

After a successful first go, the Taylor Family YMCA is starting
up the MEND (Mind, Exercise, Nutrition…Do it!) program again this
Saturday.

The free 20-session program, which meets for two hours every
Tuesday and Saturday, is family-based and aims to encourage
children ages 7 to 13 who are above healthy weight, as well as
their parents, to adopt healthy lifestyles.
