Think before adopting a pet

While a pet can make a great Christmas present, there is a lot
of responsibility that comes with owning one.

To avoid even more overcrowding at animal shelters, Tom Waggoner,
animal control officer for the City of Taylor, said he recommends
adopting as a family.
