Every so often, there is a teacher who stands out among the
others, one that students remember because of what and how they
taught them even when they are grown adults.

Renee Clark, who teaches business and computer and character
education at Taylor Middle School, was recently recognized for
being one of these teachers. She was not only selected for the
annual VFW Outstanding Teacher Award for grades sixth through
eighth for the Round Rock VFW and ladies auxiliary, but also for
District 28, which is made up of 20 posts in the surrounding
counties.
