The Leander Police Department is looking for two masked men
armed with a stun gun who forced thier way into a home and tied up
a mother and three children on Dec. 21.

According to a police media release, the aggravated robbery/home
invasion happened between 7:30 and 8 p.m. at 2402 Elkhorn Ranch
Road in Leander.

Witnesses said two men knocked on the door and when the children
answered the men came in pulling down ski masks over their
faces.

One of the men, who was reportedly brandishing a stun gun,
separated the mother of the children from them and took her to a
different room where he demanded cash and the location of their
home safe.

During the course of the robbery the one of the men identified
theother as “Marty,” police said.

The robbers then tied the mother and children with duct tape and
placed them onto the floor. The suspects fled from the scene
without obtaining any cash, but they did take two cell phones.

Age: 20’s – 30’s
Height: 5’9″ – 5’11”
Weight: 195 – 210#
Eyes: Light Blue
Hair: Dishwater blonde/ lt. brown

Clothing Description: Suspect #1 was wearing an
old black ski mask and a unknown colored flannel shirt. Underneath
the flannel shirt, Suspect #1 was wearing a dark colored shirt. He
wore a pair of dark in color Dickie’s style carpenter and dk. brown
lace-up Roper style work boots. Suspect wore gloves.

Other Characteristics: Suspect has distinct
eyebrows, dishwater blonde to light brown hair that is curled up
around the back edge. Suspect is stocky build, but not fat, and
unshaven face. This suspect spoke with a country accent. Suspect
possibly dips tobacco as odor of tobacco was detected.

Age: Mid – late 20’s
Height: 5’19” – 5’11”
Weight: 190#
Eyes: Brown
Possible Name: “Marty”

Clothing Description: Suspect #2 wore a lt.
brown hooligan style cap. He had on a black hoodie style sweatshirt
and wore a long sleeved shirt underneath it. Suspect had on dk.
jeans and a pair of mesh topped running shoes that were very worn.
He wore brown rodeo style gloves.

Other Characteristics: Suspect #2 smelled of
gasoline and beer. He had large hands. The skin on his hands was
dry and he appeared to either pick at or bite his fingernails.
