I’m going to start accepting Bitcoin at LibertyClassroom.com. There, I’ll need to get people’s email addresses, because there’s no other way I can send their login information. But I’m also going to add a donate widget to the TomWoodsRadio.com site. There I don’t strictly need people’s email addresses, but it’d be nice to be able to contact them and thank them.

So here’s my Bitcoin etiquette question: is it worse to ask for an email address, or is it worse not to thank someone?
