Police seeking information on series of commercial burglaries

The Round Rock Police Department Criminal Investigations Division is seeking information regarding multiple commercial burglaries of car wash businesses in Round Rock, Pflugerville, and North Austin. It is believed that the same suspect is responsible for no less than 10 break-ins, between June 24, 2017, and June 27, 2017, targeting cash drawers and store safes. These burglaries are occurring in the early morning hours between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. while the businesses are closed.

The suspect is believed to be a Black male in his 20’s, 5’08” to 6’00” tall, black hair, brown eyes, medium stocky build, with a short fade haircut. The suspect is typically seen wearing athletic shoes, long athletic pants, a sweatshirt, and a light-colored tan or desert camo style mask covering only his neck and face from his nose down. The suspect is also believed to be carrying a large green backpack equipped with various tools such as a portable electric grinder and yellow pry bars.
