Charter committee settles in

The Taylor Charter Review Committee met for the second time, Thursday, this time digging into the variety of issues on its plate as it begins to put together its recommendations for the council.

One issue, the discussion of creating term limits for council members, drew a lengthy discussion, but the committee eventually voted unanimously – 9-0 with four members absent – to not suggest a term limits amendment.
