CEDAR PARK — A man and woman have been charged with human trafficking following an investigation involving a local massage parlor.

Cedar Park Police, in a joint operation with the Round Rock Police and the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office charged 47-year-old Xiofeng Wo and Greg S. Sanfrantello, also 47, of Elgin with Continuous Trafficking of Persons, a first-degree felony.

Round Rock police have also filed aggravated promotion of prostitution on Xiofeng Wo.

In June, Cedar Park Police learned of a possible prostitution operation being conducted from a massage parlor called Panda Paws Massage in Cedar Park.

The initial investigation revealed that that Xiofeng Wo, owner / operator of Panda Paws, was also operating a massage parlor in Round Rock, police said.

An investigation indicated that  the women who were working at the two locations were being forced to live at the massage parlor business locations or were shuttled between the businesses and a nearby apartment complex, and that they were being compelled to commit prostitution, police said.

Search warrants were issued and served at the two business locations, as well as a private residence in Elgin and at an apartment residence in Cedar Park on July 3.

Wo and Sanfrantello were taken into custody without incident and transported to the Williamson County Jail, where they remain on a $500,000 bond each.

The five Asian women being held at the two massage parlors were not charged, but were transported to a safe and secure location where they are receiving appropriate follow‐up assistance.
