Washington County, Tennessee, sheriff’s deputies have charged
Manueal Ernest Dillow with 12 felony counts of brandishing a
firearm on school property. Dillow, who teaches welding at
the William H. Neff Center, gathered about 12 students in front of
a garage door and pulled out a handgun that fired blanks, aimed it
toward them and fired several times.
