again, i am arguing actual law. you are arguing normatively.
you may WANT it to be “reasonable policy” but under the law , it
is not
so, iow, if you are saying “they are wrong, i WANT the law to be
X”, then fine. that’s an opinion. but i disagree.
if you are saying “no, they are wrong, the law says X” then you
are simply wrong, as a matter of fact.
are you arguing normatively or are you that mistaken on the
law?
